[Sauce] 1 1/2 cup Sempio Soy Sauce 501 1/2 cup Sempio Soy Sauce for Soup 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup Sempio Apple Vinegar 1 cup cooking wine
1. Skin garlic, wash thoroughly and drain. 2. Boil sauce ingredients. 3. Put the garlic bulbs in a sterilized jar, add seasoning sauce, garlic and seal. 4. The garlic is ready to eat after one month. (If you wish to eat over a longer period, pour soy sauce on mixture, boil, cool, and pour back into the jar.)
