Ingrediants
20g fish cake
2 ea Fried Tofu (blanched)
50g Konnyaku (devil¢¥s-tongue jelly)
3g dried bonito (for topping)
1 ea boiled egg

Broth:
6 cups water
3 tbsp Sempio Soup Base, Bonito
1.5 tbsp Sempio Soy Sauce 501
Directions
1. Put Sanuki Udon Noodles into boiling water. Once it is cooked, rinse them in cold water and drain.
2. Cut Konnyaku and scallion.
3. Pour broth ingredients into a pot and boil. Once the pot boils, add fish cake, fried tofu, and Konnyaku. Once it boils, also add the noodles.
4. Turn off the heat and put the dried bonito, scallion, and egg on the top for garnish.
