4 cups water 40g dried pollack, torn into strips 120g radish, thinly sliced 1 egg 20g scallion, cut diagonally 20g chili, cut diagonally 1 tsp garlic, minced 5g Sempio Natural Sea Salt 1 tbsp(8g) Sempio Yondu, Rich
1. Add Pollack, radish and water and bring to boil. Cook until radish cooked through. 2., Add egg, scallion, chili, garlic, salt and Yondu. Cook for another minutes.
