6 pieces wonton wrappers

[Filling]
50g pork, minced
30g beef, minced
50g firm tofu, squeezed
30g kimch, drained and finely chopped
leek, finely chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 egg
2 tbsp sesame salt
1/3 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp Sempio Fine Sea Salt detail view
1/3 tsp Sempio Soy Sauce 501 detail view

Dipping Sauce
1 tbsp Sempio Soy Sauce 501 detail view
1 tbsp water
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp Chili Powder detail view
Directions
1. Combine all dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Place 1~2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the wrapper over and seal the edges well.
4. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer. Cover and steam for approximately 5 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat and let the dumplings for a few minutes before removing.
6. Serve dumpling with dipping sauce.
