1. Combine all dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. 2. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Place 1~2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the wrapper over and seal the edges well. 4. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer. Cover and steam for approximately 5 minutes. 5. Turn off the heat and let the dumplings for a few minutes before removing. 6. Serve dumpling with dipping sauce.
