1.Wash shank of pork thoroughly. 2.Slice ginger very thin and leek thick. Make sauce A and add shank of pork. Marinate for 3~4 hours, turning occasionally. 3.Slice white part of leek very thin lengthwise and soak in cold water. 4.Cover baking tray with foil. Place onions first and then add shank of pork on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.. 5.Boil corn syrup with water and marinate the meat in corn syrup mixture. 6.Make Sauce B and refrigerate. 7.When the meat cools, slice thinly. Place on plate and sprinkle sliced leek and cooled sauce.
