300g fresh shiitake mushrooms
wild sesame oil (dab)

[Soybean Paste Sauce]
1 tbsp Sempio Soybean Paste, Classic detail view
1 tbsp Sempio Hot Pepper Paste, Classic detail view
1 tbsp Sempio Soy Sauce 501 detail view
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup minced garlic
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tsp Sempio Corn syrup
roasted sesame(as needed)
Directions
1.Wash and clean medium sized fresh shiitake mushrooms in running tap water. Tear off root and make cross slices on the top of mushroom.
2.Mix soybean paste sauce.
3.Spread wild sesame oil around hot frying pan, grill shiitake mushrooms, baste with soybean paste sauce and grill to suit taste
