1. Remove pine nut kernels, scrub with cotton cloth, chop finely. De-seed jujubes and chop into small pieces. 2. Remove fat layer from prime ribs and chop beef flesh into fine pieces. Combine egg, chopped onion, sesame, black sesame, pine nuts, and jujubes with seasoning and form 1cm rounded mixture. 3. Slice king oyster mushroom into flat pieces and cut off stem of shiitake mushrooms. 4. Heat grape seed oil in a frying pan and cook meat, turning once. When turning the meat, reduce heat and cover with foil. Cook (after browning, it may be grilled in a preheated oven at 200¡É for 10 ~ 15 mins.) 5. Do not clean pan; grill king oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. 6. Place mushrooms on a plate and place meat on top. Sprinkle with ground pine nuts.
