1kg of beef legs/feet (cut into portions) in preferred size 1 cup white vinegar 1 head garlic finely chopped portioned into two 3 bay leaves 1/2 cup Sempio Soy Sauce 501 1 cup water 1 tsp peppercorn 1 tbsp oil
1. Boil beef legs/feet until they become tender. 2. In a deep skillet, brown beef in oil. 3. Add vinegar, Sempio Soy Sauce, first portion of garlic, laurel/bay leaves, peppercorn and water. 4. Bring to a boil, lower the fire and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. 5. If it gets too dry just add ¨ö cup of water. 6. Cover and let simmer until beef legs/feet becomes tender. 7. In another pan, cook remaining garlic until golden brown. 8. Serve hot.
