1. Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan or non-stick skillet. 2. Add dried anchovies and walnut. Slightly toast for apporximately 2 minutes.Lower the heat. 3. Put all the ingredients for sauce over anchovies and walnuts.Stir well to evely coat. Remove from the heat. 4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds all over. 5. Serve with a bowl of cooked rice.
